DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Standard - Untracked 

To keep your shipping free, we send gloves as a large letter. This means we cannot provide a tracking number. Shipping using this method can take up to 4 weeks. 

As this method is untracked, if your order does not arrive we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FIST is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items have a 9 month warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover postage for change of mind returns.
